Join us for a multidisciplinary journey into the practices of yoga whether you desire to teach others or simply seek a deeper connection to your practice, this training program provides internationally renowned 200 hours Yoga Alliance Certification and it has many powerful tools to inspire yourself and others.
During the training, we will dive into the deep exploration of yoga from the most practical and logical aspects to the mystical wonders. Each day is layered with practices rooted in yogic philosophy, which allow you to build physical and emotional strength, healthy habits, and ultimately a more vital, conscious way of life and focuses on setting a strong foundation in yogic basics – both physical and non-physical.
We believe that every being has a purpose and a powerful message to share, this training encourages your unique gifts to be expressed authentically and powerfully and take you into the deep layers of yourself and spark positive transformation in your life.
What to expect
This program pays a lot of attention to personal growth and development and also authenticity within the teaching profession as a way to support others grow and feel empowered. By deepening your practice and broadening the understanding of yoga you will gain certain knowledge and confidence to find your voice and learn how to share this practice with others in a manner that can impact others lives.

– Around 70 Fundamental Yoga Poses
– How to safely access deeper power, flexibility, and grace in your practice
– How to practice and teach asana, understanding the principles of alignment
– How to design a yoga class
– Verbal and hands-on adjustments
– Introduction to Anatomy and Physiology
– Introduction to Mindfulness
– Introduction to the foundations of Yoga (Yoga Philosophy & History)
– Introduction to various yogic texts
– Introduction to Pranayama, Kriya, and Meditation techniques
– Introduction to Esoteric Anatomy such as Chakras, Nadis
– Ethics & Lifestyle study of Yoga
– Business and professional skills
What style of yoga is this teacher training?
This teacher training is a multidisciplinary program based on Vinyasa Yoga style. Methods and tools gained will be transferable to many styles of yoga.
Vinyasa yoga contains flows that can be applied at different speeds along with breathing, so it stimulates the vestibular system, proprioceptive and interoseptive sensations, neuromuscular system, and it is a cardio study that improves strength and flexibility.
This program is suitable for any level of student. However, we do advice to have a regular practice of at least two times a week since at least one year and a strong desire to learn and explore the modern teachings of yoga.
After graduating from this Teacher Training (attending to all meetings etc.), you are eligible for a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher).
